Unregulated payment incidents are stored for 10 years, while judicial bans are retained from 1 to 5 years after being reported to the service. Payment incidents that are settled or canceled are no longer retained as soon as the relevant banking institution declares them so. As a result, you legally resume the ability to issue checks.
