The Casablanca Stock Exchange

The Casablanca Stock Exchange, a limited liability company whose capital is held exclusively by brokerage firms in equal shares, is responsible for the operating, development and promotion of the Moroccan stock market, particularly through monitoring and managing the trading sessions, publishing market information and mediating the settlement of transactions between the various stakeholders. 

On June 17, 2016, the Casablanca Stock Exchange demutualization process was completed and new members of the Board of Directors were appointed.
