Right to disclose bank accounts information
As part of the assistance provided to the successors of the deceased persons, account search requests can be submitted to Bank Al-Maghrib.
Heirs can request, from Bank Al Maghrib, an inventory of the accounts possibly opened in the name of the deceased and, if applicable, details of the securities portfolio managed by the bank.
